Who do you work with?
Anyone starting or growing a business of their own. My roots are in therapy and wellness practices, and today I also work with personal trainers, life coaches, mediums, automotive and construction businesses, and non-profits. If you are building something you care about, I would love to help.
Do you work with people outside Massachusetts?
Yes! Massachusetts is home, and I work with clients across the country by video. Some state filing steps differ, and I will help you find the right ones for your state.
Are you a lawyer or an accountant?
No. I am a business consultant and a CFO with a background in economics, equity analysis, and fund accounting. I help you understand your options and get organized, and I will tell you when it is time to bring in an attorney or a CPA. I am happy to work alongside yours.
Is what I share with you confidential?
Yes. What you share about your business stays between us. Please do not share confidential client information, like health records, with me. We never need it to do this work.
Can I use AI tools in my business?
Often, yes. The key is choosing tools that protect your customers' information. For health and wellness practices, that means a business associate agreement, client consent, and a written policy. The HIPAA Check-Up and the AI-Use Policy Kit walk you through it.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. A $100 late cancellation or no-show fee may apply when notice isn't given. I use discretion for emergencies and illness.
Can I get a refund on a guide?
Because guides are instant digital downloads, sales are final. If a file doesn't open or something is wrong with it, email me and I will make it right. Guide purchases are credited toward any consulting package booked within 60 days.
How often are the guides updated?
I review them every year. If you bought a guide, you will get the next edition's updates at no charge for one year.
