Cancellation & Refund Policy
Consulting sessions
The effectiveness of our work together is directly related to the frequency of our meetings. While cancellations are necessary from time to time, too many can undermine the process. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. A $100 late cancellation or no-show fee may be charged if advance notice is not provided. Discretion is used in cases of serious emergencies or illness.
Packages
Package fees cover the sessions and support described for each package. If you need to pause a package for a personal or family reason, just let me know and we will find a new schedule together. Package fees are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have taken place. After that, unused sessions can be credited toward future work for up to 12 months.
Digital guides
Because guides are delivered instantly as digital downloads, all sales are final. If you have trouble with a file, email me and I will make it right.
